Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy covers Morse Code Trainer premium purchases sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Free lessons and reference pages do not require a purchase.
What is sold
- Monthly premium access has a base price of $15 USD and renews each month until cancelled.
- Lifetime premium access has a base price of $45 USD, charged once and never renewed.
Checkout shows the final currency, any applicable taxes, and the total before you pay. For purchases marked “Sold through Link,” Stripe is the merchant of record through Managed Payments. Link provides receipts and payment support. Card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never received or stored by this site.
Cancelling a subscription
To stop future renewals, open Billing in your account or follow Link's subscription-management instructions. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period you have already paid for, premium access continues until that date. Check the effective date in the cancellation confirmation. Immediate cancellation or account deletion can end access sooner.
A lifetime purchase does not renew, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. Cancelling renewal is not a refund of a previous payment.
If a payment fails
If an existing monthly subscription becomes past due, premium access continues for a seven-day grace period while the payment issue is resolved. Access ends if the issue remains unresolved when that period expires. Further failed attempts do not extend it.
Requesting a refund
Request a refund through Link's refund policy and support page. Its policy allows review of qualifying problems reported within 60 days of payment, including missing, defective, or materially misdescribed digital content and unauthorized or duplicate payments. This is not a 60-day money-back guarantee; review Link's current eligibility and evidence requirements.
Use the support option on that page with your receipt and an explanation of the problem. Support is also available if you checked out without a Link account. A request is not an approval. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; the arrival time depends on your financial institution.
If you also want to stop subscription renewals, cancel separately; do not assume a refund request stops future charges.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy restricts your rights under applicable consumer law, including any mandatory cooling-off right or remedy for faulty digital content. Link's refund policy also remains subject to those legal requirements.
Your progress and your data
Cancelling renewal or requesting a refund does not itself delete your Military Alphabet account or learning progress. A completed full refund of a lifetime purchase removes the premium access granted by that purchase. Subscription access follows its confirmed billing status and effective cancellation date. Free content stays available.
Deleting your Military Alphabet account is a separate, permanent action. It requests immediate cancellation of any remaining monthly subscription, even if renewal was already cancelled for the end of the paid period. Account erasure waits for the payment provider to confirm cancellation. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund or remove any refund rights. Export your progress and keep your receipts before deleting; see the Privacy Policy for retained billing records.
Payment support and course support
For charges, receipts, subscription payments, or refund requests, use Link payment support. For lessons, trainer features, or Military Alphabet account access, use the Military Alphabet contact details. Course support and payment support are different; never send either service your password or full card details.
